Gareth Reid crowned the winner of ‘Sky Portrait Artist of the Decade’ with his stunning portrait of Dame Judi Dench.

To celebrate its 10th anniversary Portrait Artist of the Year on Sky Arts brought back winners of the past Portrait Artist of the Year to compete against one another for the title of ‘Sky Portrait Artist of the Decade’. The 90-minute special celebrated one of the world’s most acclaimed actors, Dame Judi Dench, and delved into the stories of the previous winners and their careers since they won.

Portrait Artist of the Decade aired on the 4th October 2023 and is now available to stream on multiple platforms.
