Artist Biography
Mark Coreth is a British sculptor, internationally acclaimed for his evocative depictions of wildlife in motion. Born in London and raised in Kenya, Coreth’s deep connection to nature and years of observing animals in the wild inform his work, capturing their character with remarkable precision. During and following his service in the Household Cavalry for 15 years, Coreth exhibited extensively with Sladmore Gallery. Career highlights include the WWF Ice Bear Project, created to raise awareness of climate change and displayed at COP15 in 2009, and a life-size bronze of the champion racehorse Frankel, cementing his reputation for capturing the grace and dynamism of both animals and the human connection to them.
